Refund Policy
Last updated: 18 July 2026
This page sets out your refund rights when you pay for a Sure Success exam subscription. Each exam is billed as a separate monthly subscription, and the rules below apply to every one of them. This page sits alongside the Terms of Service.
1. Your 14-day cancellation right (digital content)
Because you buy online, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel a distance-sold service for any reason.
Sure Success delivers digital content that you can access straight away. To complete checkout you must tick a box giving your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledging that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once the digital content has been supplied. We keep a dated record of that consent, including the checkout session it was given in.
- Once you have given that consent and supply has begun: the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies to the digital content already supplied. You can still cancel future renewals at any time.
- If you would rather keep the 14-day right: do not complete the purchase. The free tier stays available without a card, and your statutory rights where a service is faulty or not as described are unaffected either way.
2. Cancelling future renewals
You can cancel auto-renewal on each exam subscription independently from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period for that exam; you keep access until the end of that period, and any other exam subscriptions on your account are unaffected. No email or phone call is required.
Deleting your account entirely (Profile → Delete account) is different: it immediately cancels every active exam subscription, no further charges are taken, access ends at once, and any remaining paid time is forfeited.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@suresuccess.co.uk from the address on your account with the subject line “Refund request”. Include your name and the approximate date of purchase. We do not need you to explain why.
4. When we process refunds
Valid refunds are processed within 14 days of our acceptance, back to the original payment method via our third-party payment provider. Banks can take a few extra working days to show it in your account.
5. When a refund may not apply
- If you gave the digital-content consent at checkout and supply has begun, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to the content already supplied.
- We may decline refunds where we reasonably believe there has been a material breach of the Acceptable Use Policy (for example, scraping or account sharing).
