Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not allowed while using Sure Success. It forms part of the Terms of Service. By using the service, you agree to follow it.

1. You must not

• Scrape, crawl, download in bulk, or otherwise copy our questions, explanations or AI tutor replies outside normal study use.
• Share your login details, sell your account, or allow anyone else to use it. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• Use automated tools (bots, headless browsers, scripts) to access or interact with the service, unless we have agreed in writing.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, tier restrictions, paywalls, or security controls.
• Upload, post, or send anything unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or that infringes somebody else’s rights.
• Use the AI tutor to generate content that breaches the law, attacks other people, or attempts to extract training data or system prompts.
• Introduce viruses, malware, ransomware, or run denial-of-service attacks against the platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, model weights, or trade secrets from the service.
• Use the service to compete with us, including training a rival question bank or AI tutor from our content.

2. Content you submit

You keep ownership of content you submit (questions flagged as incorrect, chat messages to the AI tutor, feedback). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content to operate and improve the service. Keep it lawful, keep it relevant.

3. Reporting problems

If you spot content that looks wrong, misleading, or offensive, use the “Report a problem” link on any question or email us via the Contact page.

4. Enforcement

We may warn, rate-limit, suspend, or close accounts that breach this policy. For serious or repeat breaches we will act without warning and may report unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities.
