Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 21 April 2026
Sure Success is committed to making our service usable by as many people as possible. We treat Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at AA level as the target, in line with good practice for UK services under the Equality Act 2010.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML for landmarks, headings, lists, and form labels, so screen readers can understand the page structure.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus rings on every interactive element (2 pixel primary-colour ring, 2 pixel offset).
- Colour contrast targeted at WCAG AA (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components) across the main surfaces.
- Reduced-motion support, animations are toned down for users with “prefers-reduced-motion” enabled in their OS.
- Quiz keyboard shortcuts (A/B/C/D, Enter, Arrow keys, F) so the core experience can be used without a mouse.
- Mobile touch targets at least 44 by 44 pixels, for easier tapping.
Known gaps
The following are on our radar and will be addressed during a planned accessibility audit before launch:
- Colour-only cues on certain charts and progress rings, we plan to pair colour with text labels or icons.
- Live region announcements for the AI tutor could be improved so screen-reader users hear replies as they arrive.
- Video content, when we add it, will need captions and transcripts.
How to report issues
If anything on Sure Success is difficult or impossible to use because of an accessibility problem, please email support@suresuccess.co.uk with a short description of the issue and, if you can, the browser and assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge reports within three working days and to fix genuine issues within 30 days.
Testing and review
We run automated checks (axe, Lighthouse) in development and plan manual screen-reader passes (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS) before each major release.
