At SureSuccess, we are committed to providing high-quality professional exam preparation services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations and refunds.
This Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By subscribing to or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by this policy.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team at ketan.g.joshi@hotmail.com.
Important Information
When you cancel your subscription:
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made to your payment method for future billing periods.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period.
- Your account data and progress will be maintained for a period of 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
Cancellation of Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription, your service will continue until the end of the annual term. No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of the annual subscription unless required by applicable law.
Subscription Cancellation Process
Step 1: Access Account Settings
Log in to your account and navigate to the "Settings" or "Subscription" section.
Step 2: Select Cancellation Option

Step 3: Confirm Cancellation

3. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. We offer refunds under the following conditions:
3.1. Statutory Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your contract with us and receive a full refund within 14 days of your purchase ("cooling-off period"), without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email to ketan.g.joshi@hotmail.com). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cooling-off period has expired.
3.2. Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period
After the cooling-off period has expired, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Service Unavailability: If our service has been unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to our fault, you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the downtime experienced.
- Subscription Plan Downgrades: If you downgrade your subscription plan, the difference in price will be applied to your next billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the current period.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances that prevent you from using our services, we may consider granting a partial or full refund at our discretion.
3.3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- One-time purchases of digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
- Services that have already been fully delivered
- Customized or personalized services created specifically for you
- Subscription fees for periods where the service has been used
Important Notice
Please note that all refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. SureSuccess reserves the right to determine the final refund amount based on service usage, time elapsed since purchase, and other relevant factors.
4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
5. Payment Processing Fees
Please note that payment processing fees (typically 2-3% of the transaction amount) may be deducted from your refund amount if the refund is not due to an error on our part or a statutory right of cancellation.
